Porch Pesto

From my Porch Garden

My small clay pots of herb rewarded my tending when the sprigs of green came together in a pesto from scratch.

Greens grown in the garden include: Rosemary, Basil, Oregano, Cilantro, and Parsley.

Added a few not from my garden items

chop all in food processor
or chop all by hand

Add Olive Oil to taste to chopped ingredients
both hand or machine work well

Let it soak for a day or two for best medley of flavors. Done!
On this day I ate the combination on the spot tossed with thin spagetti and grated parm cheese.
