Porch Pesto
From my Porch Garden |
Greens grown in the garden include: Rosemary, Basil, Oregano, Cilantro, and Parsley.
Added a few not from my garden items
chop all in food processor
or chop all by hand
Add Olive Oil to taste to chopped ingredients
both hand or machine work well
.
Let it soak for a day or two for best medley of flavors. Done!
On this day I ate the combination on the spot tossed with thin spagetti and grated parm cheese.
