Saving energy by Line Drying my clothes

Saving energy and lengthening the life of my clothes i have been told comes with the practice of line drying my clothes. My mom use to make a ritual of line drying clothes early in the summer mornings and we would switch loads from washer to line in between sunning on the deck and dipps in the pool. By lunch laundry was done and our sun and fun time taken. Taking up the practice again in my adult hood has been a memorable experience. Yes it takes more time and Yes towels and socks feel better out of a hot dryer. All around the line drying brings me more happiness than fluffy towels do right now.
